The new release of Strata 3D CX features a much more friendly user interface, that matches the need of regular Adobe cutomers. It also has more power for modeling, animating - and now scripting. The highlighted key features in the 5.0 are: 

- Render to Adobe Layers. Each image component gets rendered out as a separate layer in a native Photoshop .psd file for easy compositing and new effects possibilities.

- History Palette. The improved CX interface is more Adobe-like with History and palette docking.

- Scripting Power. New scripting power arrives via the popular Lua scripting language.
